CHABUYA
Enjoy the taste of CHABUYA to the fullest at our main establishment CHABUYA MENU
CHABUYA has gone back in time to resurrect the menu we used when our company was first founded. For lunch, enjoy our 1996-style rahmen with cold noodles and soy broth or our 1997-style miso rahmen. Both are classic flavors sure to leave you wanting more. We are also happy to announce that our old popular summer-only dish, Cool rahmen, is now a regular menu item.

For dinner, enjoy the 2007 update of our soy rahmen, which we have perfected over the ten years since our founding, or our special salty rahmen offered only during dinnertime. Toppings available are the same as those during lunchtime and include meltingly delicious salty pork marinated in herbs. This is complemented by fried scallions and garlic ? a CHABUYA original.

For our side dishes, we offer customers a serving of steamed Gyoza during both lunch and dinner hours. With a satisfying chewiness on the outside and mouth-watering filling in the inside, our dumplings are a delicacy in themselves.

The storefront sign and stained light on the counter are handmade items used since our founding in Arakawa Wardfs Shin-Mikawashima area in 1996. These lend our establishment an atmosphere that is simultaneously retro and stylish.

Proudly featured in CHABUYAfs main restaurant are the noodle-making room, in which we create our handmade noodles renowned for their being full-bodied yet smooth, and a spacious kitchen in which we prepare the soup used at both MIST and our establishment. Come experience the flavor behind the CHABUYA name for yourself.
